Step one... committing to a number.. from my bathroom :)

It was suggested to me by my Weight Watchers leader to write a weekly goal number on my arm before I weigh in on Saturday morning.  I thought that was a great idea, but I had to take it a step further and put it up on my bathroom mirror to look at it all week.

    Also, I think you should post your race score. It's something to be proud of -- you ran despite the root canal!
